Principal Accountabilities:

  • End to end planning and delivery of HBA process for SCiN. Starting from SCE scope definition, LT engagement, site assessments by discipline TAs and actions tracking on CMMS.
  • Coordinate a multidisciplinary technical integrity verification program for projects, plant revamp and upgrades as a prerequisite towards the approval of statement of fitness (SoF). Prepare TIV program and manage the end-to-end process.
  • Facilitates MOC refresher trainings for MEPPS, SCIN staff and administer Power-BI competence dashboard.
  • Carryout physical asset verification (PAV) on assets based on pre-determined program, and on new projects as part of plant integrity assurance reviews and sustenance. Build CMMS ready asset register for SAP implementation.
  • Build Power BI dashboards for MSV team.
  • Support CMMS SAP maintenance strategy implementation and Z6 request completion.
  • Develop dashboards for assurance tracking. Leveraging advanced competence in Power BI and Microsoft Excel to monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics, ensuring compliance, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement.

Ability to execute routine FLM (First Line Maintenance) checks on running equipment

Support in carrying Fluid-End inspection on reciprocating pumps

Support work in AGG air compressors, emergency fire pumps

Ability to identify and use / operate specialist tools, including power and hand tools and machinery to perform various inspections, repairs and analysis on equipment

Knowledge of diagnostic tools for overhaul and troubleshooting (ET, DDT, FUEL TIMING & MANO-METER)
